SESSION ON \u201cBusiness Model Canvas & Business Model Fit\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Longowal Group of Colleges, Derabassi in the collaboration of Institution\u2019s Innovation Council (IIC) successfully organised an insightful session on \u201cBusiness Model Canvas & Business Model Fit\u201d on 10th April at 10:00 AM. The session was conducted by Ms. Renu, Head of the Management Department, and Ms. Shivani, Assistant Professor, Management Department. Ms. Renu elaborated on the concept of the Business Model Canvas (BMC), explaining its key components such as value proposition, customer segments, revenue streams, and cost structure. Ms. Shivani further enriched the session by discussing Business Model Fit (BMF), highlighting how businesses align their products with market needs for long-term sustainability. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, providing them with practical insights into business planning and innovation. The event was organised by the Management Department of LGC in collaboration with the Institute Innovation Cell. The sessions were also conducted for engineering diploma students to enhance their understanding of entrepreneurship and business strategies alongside technical education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
