HUMAN CHAIN ON ROAD SAFETY

Human chain on Road Safety awareness event was organized by Hella India lighting ltd at Longowal Polytechnic college,Derabassi at 10 am. 30^thNational Road Safety week 2019 started from 4^th Feb 2019 to 10^th Feb 2019. The programme is supported by The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, NGO Arrive SAFE,ACMA,SIAM,FICCI,CII-Yi, FADA, Bharat scouts & Guide and partnered by Hella, WABCO & Brakes India. Above 200 students of Longowal College participated in the Human Chain for Road Safety awareness covering a stretch of 1 km from SBI Bank Derabassi to Hella India Lighting Ltd. The students recited Road Safety Slogans and reminded the society to obey traffic rules all through the stretch. Students participated in this event with great zeal and enthusiasm.
