‘Tree plantation Drive’ & ‘Collage Making Competition’ was celebrated at Longowal Polytechnic College, Derabassi with great enthusiasm. Tree plantation means planting trees and plants. The purpose of tree plantation is to save the endangered environment and to beautify our life. Trees are valuable gifts of nature. They are known as the best friends of human beings. Dr. Rosy Katyal (Principal) was the guest of honor on this event. She said that every day should be treated as Van Mahotsav and plants should be grown to keep the environment green, clean, safe and healthy.
