Seminar on Digital India

Longowal Polytechnic College organized a Seminar on the theme “Drug De-addiction, life skills and on Digital India” . The main focus of the seminar was to impart knowledge on the ambitious concept of ‘Digital India’ originated by Prime Minister Mr. Narinder Modi. Students of Mechanical and Civil presented their ideas on drug –de-addiction and on life skills. In the seminar, students explained the biological, psychological and social aspects that are responsible for causing addictive behavior. They also explained the “Living well De-Addiction programs” focus specifically on de-addiction, relapse prevention and providing a perspective motivated towards rehabilitation to the individual .
